Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is hiring for a Lead Ops position on Monday–Friday, 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) in Mississippi. The Lead will direct and coach employees, oversee order picking and processing, and ensure production goals are met.

The role requires 2–3 years of general labor experience, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills. Education is equivalent to four years of high school; forklift operation is preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.

• Creates BOLs and bills orders.
• Performs computer related tasks and runs reports.
• Ensures processes and polices are followed.
• Identify and correct production issues.

Your Role on Our Team:

The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.

• Creates BOLs and bills orders

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school

• 2-3 Years General Labor Experience

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

• 2 years Lead experience preferred

• Strong communications skills both oral and written
