You will troubleshoot hardware and software across handhelds, desktops, and RF equipment, ensure secure system access for all team members, monitor equipment to reduce damage, and maintain an inventory of essential tech supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations within the distribution center, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across a wide range of devices (handhelds, desktops, RF equipment).
• Ensure accurate store billing and timely processing of will-call orders.
• Manage system access and data security for all facility team members.
• Monitor and reduce equipment damage and replacement costs.
• Maintain inventory of essential tech supplies like labels for order selectors.
