GRI Engineering & Development, LLC, a proud member of MAT Holdings, Inc., is expanding and opening a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi. We invite motivated individuals to join our growing warehouse team, with opportunities for training and long‑term career growth within a global manufacturing group.

Positions include Warehouse Unloaders, Material Handlers, Reach Truck Operators, Order Pickers, Warehouse Checkers, Forklift Loaders, and Janitorial Associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier with assistance.
• Ability to work safely and follow company procedures.
• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred for operator roles.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers.
• Operating forklifts and reach trucks.
• Order picking and pallet building.
• Inventory movement and material handling.
• Shipping and receiving activities.
• Quality checks and order verification.

Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

• Warehouse Unloaders
• Material Handlers
• Reach Truck Operators
• Order Pickers
• Warehouse Checkers
• Forklift Loaders (Sit-Down Forklift)
• Janitorial Associates

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required for many positions. We are committed to training and developing our employees and providing opportunities for long-term career growth.
