• Manage P&L performance, payroll approvals, and variable expenses to ensure profitability and scalable capacity.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to improve customer satisfaction scores and expand service area.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors, warehouse, admin, and dispatch staff across functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies; drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and conduct regular performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
