Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our distribution center team in Indiana. The role focuses on moving boxes quickly and safely, supporting merchandise flow from receiving to stores and direct-to-consumer orders.

You will operate a Cherry Picker, meet daily production targets, lift 30–60 lb boxes, and work in a climate-controlled environment. Training will be provided for certification and career advancement opportunities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a Cherry Picker lift.
• Pass internal Cherry Pick training & certification.
• Stand for up to 13 hours per day.
• Able to lift 30lbs repeatedly.
• Capable of working 30–50 ft in the air.
• At least 6 months of Cherry Picker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move an estimate of 800 boxes a day.
• Hit 95% production rate minimum after 4 weeks.
• Regularly move 30-60lb boxes.
• Perform tasks of a material handler and assist as required.
• May be asked to throw boxes and lift over 50 lbs.
