Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator in Sparks, NV. Starting pay rate is $55,000+ yearly, with full-time benefits. This onsite role runs 5:00AM - 1:30PM and reports to the DC Manager at the Sparks facility.

Responsibilities include managing Shipping workflow, SAP transactions, shipping paperwork, and inventory movement. Proficiency with SAP and RF gun use is required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven distribution/warehousing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Operate transactions within SAP (ZLOUB, ZWAM, Planning).
• Process shipping paperwork to ship product (BOL's, Packing slips).
• Shipment planning within SAP.
• Operate the RF Gun efficiently.
• Understand daily shift cutover tasks.
• Understand inventory movement in SAP and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle high-volume transactions without errors.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound schedule, communicating issues to immediate supervisor for attention.
• Make decisions that allow the DC Operations to operate safe, and secure.

Distribution Center Coordinator in Sparks, NV

As a Distribution Center Coordinator (DC) at PPC, you will be responsible for daily management of the Shipping/Receiving operations at the Distribution Center.

You will perform ongoing actions necessary to ensure reliable and efficient operations of the department at the Distribution Center while using the SAP system.

You will work an onsite schedule and report to the DC Manager at the Sparks, NV facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow in the Shipping office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience with distribution/warehousing experience.
• High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
