Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Minooka, IL to support inventory integrity and order processing. You will perform picking, packing, staging, and shipping while maintaining a safe, clean work environment and following OSHA guidelines.

The role reports to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and involves operating scanning equipment to ensure accurate shipments and efficient workflow at Grainger's onsite facility.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• Comfort standing for long periods with exposure to heat, cold, noise and dust.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Sort, label, pick, pack, and stage products for shipping.
• Ensure correct shipment to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per OSHA guidelines.
• Report issues to leadership and support continuous improvement.
