Bass Pro Shops is hiring for a Distribution Center Outfitter in Wheeling, WV. The role requires physical stamina and cross-training across DC departments. You will perform duties such as loading/unloading, order fulfillment, packing, stock control, and occasional repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to work overtime as scheduled.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load or unload trailers by hand up to 50 lbs.
• Fill customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching items to orders.
• Stock merchandise to ensure item availability.
• Pack customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate pick locations and route items accordingly.
• Perform returns processing for customer orders.
