W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Associate at the MTDC in Southaven, MS.

The role focuses on inventory integrity and order processing, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace. Starting pay is $18.70/hour with three raises within 12 months bringing it to $19.90/hour, plus an additional $1/hour for PIE operator duties. Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort working on your feet around moving equipment and noise.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment.

Aufgaben

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per OSHA and Hazardous Material rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
