Job summary

Paycom in Houston, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Associate. You will count, verify and place pallets, pick and stage outbound shipments using RF scanners, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced distribution center.

This role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years in a distribution environment, strong customer service, and ability to operate a sit-down forklift. Competitive hourly pay of $18.50, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years in a distribution center environment.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Counts, verifies, and accurately places pallets of inbound product into correct bin locations using RF scanner.
• Counts, verifies, and accurately picks and stages pallets of outbound product at appropriate dock door using RF scanner.
• Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner to achieve and maintain productivity goals.
• Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the distribution center at all times.
• Complete daily inspections of material handling equipment (forklift/clamp) with a safety-first mentality.
• Assist with picking and processing of parcel and/or LTL orders, including loading carrier trucks.
• Other duties as assigned by management
