Unique Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Distribution Center Associate for the 2nd shift in Blairs, VA. You will contribute to efficient workflow by picking, packing, stocking, and handling general warehouse duties, with a focus on quality and safety.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The role offers a starting pay of $13.50 per hour plus company benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company that values its employees and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, sit and perform repetitive hand motions.

Responsibilities

• Select product for requested work and assist the department.
• Troubleshoot problems with work processes and relay to leads or supervisor.
• Pick, pack, stock, build displays and boxes; other general warehouse duties.
• Communicate with all areas to improve process consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain a professional manner and constructive working relationships.
• Commitment to quality and safety; other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assists department by selecting product for requested work.
• Assists with troubleshooting problems with the work process and relays this information to leads or supervisor.
• Picking, packing, stocking, building displays, building boxes, and other general warehouse duties.
• Interacts with all areas of the department to understand any issues and assess needs to improve consistency and integrity of processes.
• Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
• A commitment to company-wide quality and safety is required.

Pay

• We offer competitive pay based on job-related skill, experience, relevant education, training, and geographic location.
• The starting hourly pay rate is $13.50.
• Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, the Company's compensation guidelines, and business needs.
