Job summary

AriensCo in Shepherdsville, KY is hiring Distribution Center Associates. Starting pay is $20.00/hour, with 4x10s schedule (Mon-Thu, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM). You will focus on receiving, picking, packing, verifying orders, and safely handling materials in a fast-paced environment.

Share in a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement while complying with safety and 6S standards. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read invoices in English and follow English instructions.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and simple math to verify quantities.
• Able to work safely and independently in a distribution setting.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving operations and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack and verify orders as needed.
• Monitor and store packing supplies; prepare items for shipment.
• Utilize forklift to put away newly received product.
• Confirm purchase orders and intercompany transfers before system receipt.
• Apply 6S principles to the work area and maintain safety.
