The role is on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with overtime on weekdays and Saturdays; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of relevant experience encouraged. Benefits are available after 90 days for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Accurate documentation of return codes and details.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort returned products based on condition and guidelines.
• Identify damage, defects, expiration, or discrepancies on returned goods.
• Accurately document return reason codes, product details, and disposition outcomes.
• Process returns through RF technology and warehouse management systems.
• Repackage, relabel, and prepare items for restocking, quarantine, or scrap.
• Perform work with high accuracy; resolve errors per procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
