Job summary

ESAB Corporation is seeking a Distribution Associate based in Denton, Texas. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

The role involves loading trucks, processing documents, handling HAZMAT shipments, and complying with FDA/UL/ISO standards. Requires strong communication and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RF guns experience preferred.
• Heavy order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load LTL trucks and prepare shipments.
• Process documents and ship confirmations (packing slips).
• Move materials using reach truck, order picker, electric pallet jack and dock stocker.
• Pull and pack customer orders and band pallets.
• Process bill of lading and consolidate PID's.
• Pick and ship HAZMAT; troubleshoot issues as needed.
