Iowa80 Group INC. is seeking a reliable individual to join our brand-new, climate-controlled Distribution Center in Iowa.

This full-time, on-site role operates Monday through Friday, day shift, with a starting pay of $15/hour and PLUS benefits. You will work with a dedicated team that values stability and growth; duties include receiving and picking orders, counting inventory, driving equipment, preparing shipments, and data entry.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
• A problem solver who asks questions instead of making assumptions.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Forklift or scanner experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and pick orders, count inventory, and perform data entry.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Prepare shipments and ensure accurate processing of orders.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

WORK REQUIREMENTS and DUTIES

Candidates must be very detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Individuals must have a desire to learn and the drive to succeed within a stable, growing company. Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving orders, picking orders, inventory counts, driving equipment, preparing shipments, unloading and loading trucks, data entry, and other duties. Previous scanner, forklift, and/or distribution center experience is a plus.

If you meet the requirements and have the desire but not the experience, we will provide paid training!
