Job summary

Eastern Industrial Supplies is seeking a Distribution Associate to handle receipt, inspection, staging, packing, labeling, and shipping documentation. You will use forklifts or order pickers to prepare orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

We value at least one year of warehouse or distribution experience, with a preference for RF gun and forklift familiarity, and strong organizational and communication abilities to support our logistics operations.

What you’ll do

• Receive and inspect materials from Motor Freight Carriers, UPS/FedEx, and customer returns.
• Accurately pull and stage orders for shipment using forklifts or order pickers.
• Ensure items are packaged securely and labeled correctly.
• Complete shipping documentation and system entries while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse, material handler, distribution, and forklift operations strongly preferred.

• RF gun experience strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities

• Good communication skills
