Job summary

The Fountain Group is hiring a Distribution Associate in the Los Angeles area to handle receiving, inspection, release, storing, and distribution of materials across multiple facilities. This role reports to the Warehouse Associate Director and supports inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.

The position features a standard 1st shift schedule and is a 6+ month contract with potential extension based on performance and budget. Experience in GMP manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Supply Chain/ Materials Management experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, cell therapy preferred.
• Direct experience and knowledge in warehouse, and/or materials planning/procurement.
• Experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, release, store and distribute materials within the warehouse.
• Transport goods and materials efficiently and on time at multiple facilities in the Los Angeles area.
• Support inventory accuracy and shipping/receiving functions, maintain clean and safe work environment.

Description

The Distribution Associate is responsible for receiving, incoming inspection, release, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse, and to transport goods and materials efficiently and on time at multiple facilities in the Los Angeles Area. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting shipping/receiving functions, timely deliveries and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This position report to the Warehouse Associate Director.
