Job summary

Brasseler USA is seeking a warehouse associate to perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties in a fast-paced environment. You will verify invoices and SKUs, ensure accuracy, and keep a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, packing securely, and reporting discrepancies. A basic understanding of warehousing operations, reading comprehension, and attention to detail are required. Typical work is on-site in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and logic skills required.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail oriented and accountable for making accurate decisions under set guidelines.
• Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics (size, color, vendor code).

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on invoices and SKUs; ensure KPI targets are met.
• Maintain daily production records as required.
• Package orders by selecting proper box or envelope to prevent damage.
• Pack orders neatly to ensure quality.
• Report order errors or correct orders before shipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and dispose of packaging properly.
• Perform other duties to support department goals.
• Adhere to company policies and workplace standards.

JOB OVERVIEW

This position may work in a variety of locations within the warehouse and will be responsible for picking orders, shipping products, putting away product and checking orders for accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Picks product accurately based on the invoices; verifying product and SKU# while picking and ensuring that KPIs are met
• Maintains daily individual production records as required
• Packages orders by selecting the appropriate size box or envelope for shipment to avoid the bending, crushing or shifting of items during delivery.
• Packs all orders neatly and correctly to ensure quality.
• Reports any error in product selection or quality to appropriate team member or area and/or corrects the order as necessary before shipment.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area, disposing of empty boxes or packaging appropriately.
• Performs other duties as assigned to ensure departmental goals are met.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of basic warehousing operations preferred

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Travel – typically not required. Position typically works on site where environmental conditions are stable. May be exposed to higher levels of noise typical in a warehouse environment. The position requires an above average amount of physical activity. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch, climb stairs and may be required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Arrangements

• Work From Home: Work is performed directly from the TSM's home office.
• Hybrid: Time is scheduled between working from a TSM home office and at a company facility, as required.
• Onsite: Work is performed exclusively at a company facility.
• Field: Position requires traveling to different locations within a specific geographic territory, as assigned.
