ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Distribution Associate in Cambridge, OH to support warehouse operations. You will handle picking and packing, loading outbound trailers, and maintain inventory accuracy using RF devices.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work on the 2nd shift; training is provided for equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, with a safety-conscious, team-oriented environment and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as fork trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Ability to work at heights of 20 feet with fall protection gear.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk on concrete for extended periods.
• Previous experience with warehouse equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 2nd
