Job summary

Bollman Hat Company in Adamstown, PA seeks a Full-Time Distribution/Fulfillment employee to manage packing, labeling, order picking, and trunking in a warehouse environment. The role involves unloading trucks, stocking, returns processing, and inventory movement between centers.

Minimum high school diploma required; base pay ranges from $16.58 to $17.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review orders slips, and pack hats and other related items into proper boxes in a careful and precise manner.
• Attach additional labeling as necessary to boxing to ensure accurate shipments.
• Pull inventory from shelves, and prepare for shipment.
• Assist in unloading trucks, occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Repackage returned items and track in inventory.
• Other duties/tasks as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

EmployeesworkinginDistribution/Fulfillmentwillberesponsibleforallaspectsofworkwithin a distribution center, to include, but not be limited to: packing of hats, labeling boxes, picking orders from inventory, tracking orders in our database, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, processingreturns,re-packagingof items,andmovinginventorybetweendistributioncenters.
