Job summary

Signify in Mountain Top, PA is hiring a Distribution Assistant-2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). You will manage inbound/outbound shipping tasks, handle SAP data entry, and support logistics operations in our distribution center.

This role requires 1+ years of clerical experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office. The pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clerical experience, preferably in distribution, transportation or manufacturing.
• Experience in data entry for shipping/receiving transactions into SAP and a Warehouse Management system.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound loads from domestic and import vendors and returns for National Return Center.
• Prepare daily receiving schedules for the following day.
• Data entry of all receipts into SAP.
• Print and monitor inbound transit reports and file vendor receipts.
• Print shipping reports, pick tickets, packing lists and labels.
• Data entry of shipping/tracking information into SAP and other systems as needed.
• Respond to customer service requests and maintain files for outbound shipments.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Distribution Assistant-2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm) in our Distribution Center in Mountain Top, PA, with Signify.

• Schedule all inbound loads from both domestic and import vendors along with scheduling of returns for National Return Center
• Prepare daily receiving schedules paperwork for following day's schedule
• Data entry of all receipts into SAP
• Print and monitor inbound transit reports and maintain files for all vendors and all inbound receipts
• Print daily shipping reports; print pick tickets, packing, labels and any other required shipping documentation
• Data entry of all appropriate shipping and tracking information into SAP and other systems as needed
• Respond to all customer service requests and maintain files for all outbound shipments

More about you

• 1+ years of clerical experience, preferably in distribution, transportation or manufacturing
• Experience in performing data entry for shipping and receiving transactions into SAP and a Warehouse Management system for inventory transactions
• Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Computer skills and software experience utilizing a Windows environment, familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with SAP a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Hourly Rate - $22.00 to $25.00 (based on experience)
