Real Work From Anywhere Ltd. is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join the IFT-TS DST team, focusing on evaluating distributed systems at scale and building reproducible benchmark workflows.

You’ll design and run large Kubernetes clusters, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with researchers to derive actionable performance insights. Proficiency with cloud platforms, observability stacks (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) is essential, as is experience

Qualificações

• Experience designing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production or research environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, P2P networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with monitoring/logging stacks (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible/Helm).
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for large-scale experiments and benchmarks.
• Improve cluster scalability and resource utilization for complex deployments.
• Set up and maintain monitoring/observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to streamline experimentation workflows and reproducibility.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot, profile, and tune distributed workloads for accurate benchmarking.
• Identify and debug issues in distributed systems with Logos development teams.
