Job summary

Prescott Group seeks an Asset Management Analyst to support investments, asset management, and strategic initiatives across distressed and value-oriented opportunities. The role involves direct exposure to senior investment professionals and active participation in investment decisions.

You will conduct fundamental research, build financial models, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, accounting, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in asset management or related field.
• Strong financial statement analysis, valuation, and modeling.
• Understanding of capital structures and distressed investment strategies.
• Experience applying AI tools to research, analysis, and decision-making.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint proficiency and financial research platforms.
• CFA designation or progress toward CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental real estate investment analysis and research.
• Evaluate distressed, special situations, and value-oriented opportunities.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and investment metrics.

• Develop AI-assisted workflows for market research and modeling.
• Promote responsible AI and data governance across the platform.
• Develop internal dashboards for portfolio management.
