Responsibilities

• Source and identify distressed real estate opportunities across NYC (multifamily and retail assets).
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and industry professionals.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to uncover off-market deals.
• Assist in underwriting deals, including financial analysis, rent comps, and valuation.
• Support due diligence efforts and deal execution.
• Track leads and opportunities through internal systems.
• Attend property tours, meetings, and negotiations with the Principal.
