BairesDev, a fully remote technology partner, seeks a Distinguished Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to set technical direction for a growing AWS-hosted platform. You will turn product goals into working software and influence engineering practices across teams.

You will lead architecture for event-driven services on AWS, mentor engineers, and collaborate with end users to refine requirements. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven microservices architectures in production.
• Extensive experience with AWS-hosted platforms.
• Experience taking software to production and owning its operation.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Comfort collaborating directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
