Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or ML infrastructure experience.

• Hands-on Generative AI experience with transformers/LLMs.
• Distributed training, deployment, and GPU-accelerated workflows.
• Strong ML system architecture knowledge: data pipelines and feature stores.
• Leadership in large technical initiatives and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for ML systems powering core economy experiences.
• Build and evolve infrastructure for training, serving, evaluating ML models and GenAI.
• Partner with GenAI teams on multi-modal embeddings, avatar generation, and RAG.
• Optimize ML system performance: low-latency serving, GPU training, cost-aware inference.
• Mentor seniors and foster technical culture across the team.
• Ensure robustness and observability of ML systems powering millions of interactions.
