Overview

Lutron is seeking a seasoned engineering leader with deep expertise on mechanical design, architecture and manufacturability who is passionate about teaching the craft of engineering to junior and mid-career engineers as they create world-class, smart lighting and lighting control systems. In this position, you will help to systematically upgrade engineers\' ability to solve hard, cross-disciplinary problems and you will share your knowledge and experiences through hands-on mentorship, coaching and demonstration. This role blends deep technical excellence with rigorous quality thinking and practical strategies for developing and deploying operational capabilities.
