Overview

Lutron is seeking a seasoned engineering leader with deep expertise on software and embedded systems who is passionate about teaching the craft of engineering to junior and mid-career engineers as they create world-class, smart lighting and lighting control systems. In this position, you will help to systematically upgrade Lutron engineers’ ability to solve hard, cross‑disciplinary problems and you will share your knowledge and experiences through hands‑on mentorship, coaching and demonstration. This role blends deep technical excellence with rigorous quality thinking and practical strategies for developing and deploying operational capabilities.
