Job summary

Constellation Brands, Park City, Utah, is seeking a General Store Lead to support two retail locations within High West Distillery’s retail operations. You will partner with store teams to deliver a world-class guest experience and execute merchandising, inventory, and staffing tasks.

The role involves onboarding new staff, coordinating weekly programming, and managing inventory while ensuring high standards of store presentation.

Qualifications

2–3 years of customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Meet weekly with the General Store Supervisor to review upcoming programming and seasonal merchandise releases.
Assist with onboarding and training new General Store hires.
Complete monthly inventory with manager direction.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the General Store, including organized understock and supplies.
Maintain order in the retail area of the Munchkin warehouse.
Keep the General Store stocked and transfer merchandise from Munchkin to all retail locations.
Serve as an additional guest contact for retail inquiries.
Take a lead role on special release days.
Work at least one General Store shift per week.
