Job summary

You will be trained across operation areas, maintain logs, and support GMP/QA activities while contributing to the guest experience and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or operations roles.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, coopering, processing, and distilling equipment and communicate with visitors to showcase Old Forester's craftsmanship.
• Monitor fermentation temperatures and distillation parameters daily with appropriate adjustments.
• Maintain logs for procedures, raw materials, and products; manage shipments and SAP transactions.
• Promote safety by following guidelines and required training; participate in safety programs.
• Wear PPE and work in a collaborative, adaptable team environment.
• Support other operation areas and engage with guests and colleagues professionally.
