Job summary

Grow Op Farms LLC is seeking a Distillation Processor in Spokane Valley, WA to support cannabis distillate production. Training is provided, and the role emphasizes dependability, attention to detail, and safety in a regulated environment.

You will operate distillation equipment, monitor processes, maintain records, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet production goals while complying with all procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent practical work experience.
• No cannabis industry experience required; training provided.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and heat production materials according to specifications and procedures.
• Operate production equipment, including tumblers and distillation equipment, following training and safety requirements.
• Monitor production processes and identify issues that require attention.
• Clean and maintain production equipment using approved cleaning materials and procedures.
• Prepare materials for approved testing and make adjustments as directed by procedures.
• Prepare processed material for transfer to the next production stage.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Track material status and production activity for multiple jobs.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities and terpene usage.
• Use spreadsheets and tracking tools to maintain production and inventory data.
• Communicate production needs and order updates with team members and other departments.
• Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment as directed.
• Meet production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
