Distant Backend Software program Engineer at Noxx

Noxx is an early-stage startup, constructing an AI-powered hiring software. We imagine in merit-based job alternatives.

Our crew consists of devoted professionals obsessed with revolutionizing the hiring course of. We’re backed by outstanding angels and VCs.

As a Backend Software program Engineer, you’ll:

  • Be concerned in constructing a hiring administration software, which incorporates AI powered options (LLM, Picture Detection, Audio Detection).
  • Be chargeable for designing and constructing options from scratch.
  • Talk with the crew asynchronously and make technical choices independently.

Should Have:

  • 5+ years expertise in net growth.
  • Expertise in working for small groups or startups. Ship options by speaking with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in main a crew as a tech lead/undertaking proprietor.
  • Confirmed expertise in product growth.
  • Proficiency in English.

Good to have:

  • Expertise in growing ML/AI merchandise.
  • Understands a fundamental idea of AI Chatbot (RAG/CoT/ReAct).
  • Expertise within the HR business (e.g. Developed Utility Monitoring System).

We use TypeScript for each Frontend and Backend. The backend is constructed on serverless structure.

  • In depth data of AWS, particularly AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
  • AWS Lambda, Step Capabilities, AWS RDS, GraphQL (Hasura/Apollo), PostgreSQL (Relational DB), Prisma, S3, Auth0.

Frontend (Non-obligatory):

  • In depth data of Subsequent.js (React), Tailwind CSS, GraphQL (Apollo).

Now we have three months of the probationary interval. Within the probationary interval, we consider deliverables, contributions to the crew, and communication abilities.

  • Location: distant (Should overlap 5+ hours with PT timezone (UTC−08)).
  • Dedication: Full-time.

Crew conferences:

  • 20 min Day by day sync (Monday – Friday).
