As a DSP, you will support pharmacy operations across the district, covering pharmacist scheduling gaps under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager (PM) and Rx District Leader (DL). Your responsibilities include supporting safe and effective medication dispensing, counseling, immunizations, managing inventory, and providing clinical services where permissible. You will also assume Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty, support patient care initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting patient health through dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
2. Traveling within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and oversee pharmacy operations.
3. Supporting safe prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow adherence.
4. Assuming Pharmacy Manager duties during shifts as needed.
5. Contributing to positive patient experiences with empathy and care.
6. Supporting inventory management and compliance with safety protocols.
7. Maintaining clinical and technical skills and seeking knowledge expansion.
8. Providing clinical services such as testing and prescribing where allowed.
9. Adhering to all legal, regulatory, and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
