  • Supporting safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety protocols
  • Assuming Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty
  • Enhancing patient experiences with empathy and care, coaching pharmacy staff, and resolving insurance or medication issues
  • Providing immunizations and supporting pharmacy technicians in immunization delivery
  • Managing pharmacy inventory, with special attention to cold chain products
  • Remaining flexible to scheduling and business needs, fostering an inclusive and engaging team environment
  • Maintaining and expanding clinical and technical skills through ongoing training and CME opportunities
  • Supporting access to care through clinical services like testing and prescribing where permitted
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and company policies, including controlled substance regulation and patient privacy
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel within a reasonable radius as needed
  • Reliable attendance, including nights and weekends
