Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Litigation Lawyer (Australia) for a remote contract role, approx. 10 hours per week, paying $100–$120/hour.

You will run prompts across two AI platforms, compare outputs side by side, score with a rubric, and submit concise written feedback while meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in litigation, is admitted to practise in Australia, and communicates in fluent English.

• Primarily law-firm or chambers experience in litigation.
• Admitted to practise in Australia with procedural knowledge.
• Native or fluent English with precise written communication.

Position: Litigation Lawyer (Australia) Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: ~10 hours/week

• Primarily law-firm / chambers experience — at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in litigation, disputes, or contentious practice.
• Qualified to practise in Australia , with a strong command of Australian litigation and procedural law.
• Native or fluent English , with precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
