Job summary

Ankura seeks a University Associate in Disputes & Economics to support the Financial Services Advisory team in New York City. You will assist with data gathering, AI-enabled analysis, and client deliverables across finance, risk, and compliance engagements.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools, with a willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 in a analytical field.
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.3+).
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and automation in processes and controls and related risks.
• Assist with gathering data and utilizing AI to support analysis.
• Interview clients and review documentation to understand current state processes.
• Perform financial, accounting, economic, and statistical analyses.
• Document findings through crafting stories in PowerPoint.
• Prepare client reports and status updates; present findings to team and clients.
