Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking an Operations Engineer – Displays in Grand Rapids, MI. This position focuses on driving Zero Defects in manufacturing processes and improving the Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) of the Displays product line.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations engineering. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations engineering.
• Experience in improving yield and resolving manufacturing defects.
• Hands-on experience with Circuit Card Assembly design-manufacturing interface.

Responsibilities

• Own Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) for the Displays product line.
• Lead structured defect resolution for manufacturing failures.
• Frame continuous improvement projects to eliminate waste and non-value-added process steps.
