Description

• Lead the seamless execution of OLED display processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor activities.
• Drive the development of new OLED and Color Filter process technologies to meet diverse display performance requirements.
• Collaborate with display and component supply manufacturers to foster technical innovation and achieve performance improvements.
• Address challenges during product development transitioning from prototypes to high-volume manufacturing.
• Design experiments to identify material solutions and implement corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. in display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Technical expertise in OLED evaporation/encapsulation, color filter processes/materials, cell processes, or opto-electronics.
• Experience with photolithography, thin-film deposition and etching, precision dispensing, inkjet coating, optical and material characterization, surface science, material chemistry, or device physics.

Preferred Qualifications

• M.S. in related fields.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in flat panel display materials, processes, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience with simulation tools like FEA and CFD.
• Ability to model processes such as Color Filter, OLED Evaporation, Encapsulation, and Photolithography.
• Flexible, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $175,800 to $312,200, depending on skills, experience, and location.
