Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States is seeking a D&E Manager to execute our non-prepacked display portfolio for Confectionery and Salty units, translating strategy into temporary display concepts and coordinating with Key Channel Account Managers.

You will lead end-to-end project management from brief to in-store delivery, drive POS strategy for campaigns, oversee budgets, and collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and third-party vendors to ensure timely national execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing POS activations and temporary displays.
• Strong project leadership and vendor coordination skills.
• Budget management and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, Retail, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end POS activations from ideation to production.
• Lead bespoke temporary display projects with Key Channel Account Managers.
• Manage the POS budget and logistics.
• Coordinate with webstore and third-party vendors for inventory and fulfillment.
• Support annual innovation summit with Retail team and vendors.
