Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino is seeking a world‑class circuit design engineer to design, develop and launch next‑generation display technologies for mobile, laptop and desktop products.

You will architect and develop display circuits, including pixels, driving circuits and panel designs for mass production, with circuit simulation, layout optimization, and cross‑component co‑existence design. This role requires a BS plus at least three years of relevant experience in analog and digital circuit

Apple is looking for a world‑class circuit design engineer to design, develop and launch the next generation of technologies for the mobile, laptop and desktop displays in Apple products. The display panel design team is responsible for delivering the advanced panel circuits, designs and technologies to enable the world’s best display performance in Apple products. Individual will serve as a focal point in architecting and developing display circuits including pixels, driving circuits and panel designs for mass production. This includes circuit simulation, circuit layout/optimization, whole panel architecture/simulation, and co‑existence design/simulations with other components (sensing/cameras/others) in Apple products.

• Display panel architecture scoping and definition

Minimum Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
• Experience with electrical engineering circuit design fundamentals (analog and digital)
• Experience with SPICE/Cadence modeling and simulation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical knowledge of displays or related electronics
• Understanding of Thin‑Film Transistors (TFTs) and display panel process
• Experience in characterizing electrical performance of electrical circuits
• Experience in designing and manufacturing high volume display products

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $277,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
