Quaker Windows & Doors is seeking a Display Maker to assemble and finish showroom displays and product samples, working with wood and fabrication equipment to meet timelines. The Display Maker is responsible for ensuring all displays, graphics and collateral products are produced through internal and external resources. The position manages the receipt of materials for builds and then produces the marketing components within agreed upon timelines and specifications. The Display Maker also helps manage raw and finished goods inventories including the packaging and shipping of Marketing and Merchandising tools. Finished goods are customer facing therefore the Display Makers are ultimately ambassadors of the Quaker brand.
No direct management or supervisory responsibilities
Observe safety and security policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment; report potentially unsafe conditions; and use equipment and materials properly. Follow job-specific safety requirements such as Ladder Safety, Power and Manual Tool Safety, Safe Lift, Scaffold Safety and Safe Product Handling Guidelines. The individual must follow all safe driving laws.
Approximately 15% travel is required within domestic United States in support of QWP showroom initiatives & events.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
