Job summary

Apple is seeking a Display Electrical Design Engineer to drive display module electrical design requirements from concept through mass production. You will work with internal and external teams to ensure a coherent end-to-end solution that pushes the envelope of what is possible.

The role involves defining validation plans, wiring schematics, IPs, and coordinating across HW, FW, SW, and optical disciplines while travel internationally up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with PCB design including component selection, schematic capture, and layout.
• Experience using circuit simulation tools such as HSPICE or Spectre.
• Experience with prototype IC or PCB bring-up, validation, and failure analysis.
• Experience with coding or scripting with Python, Matlab, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced mobile display modules from concept to volume manufacturing.
• Define validation plans and manage vendors to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HW, FW, SW, Mechanical/Thermal, and Optical.
