Job summary

RC Willey is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Display Builder to assist with display preparation and organization. You’ll assemble, arrange, and maintain displays while upholding RC Willey’s high standards.

Starting pay is $18/hour and you will work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves lifting up to 100 lbs, working at heights, and collaborating with store management to create attractive floor displays while supporting a safe, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in heights up to 40 feet.
• Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Uncrate incoming merchandise.
• Build furniture and displays throughout the store.
• Prepare and tag items for floor display.
• Sweep, vacuum, clean up work areas.
• Coordinate with management to ensure displays are shown attractively.
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for uncrating incoming merchandise
• Building furniture and displays throughout the store
• Preparing and tagging items for floor display
• Sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning-up work areas
• Working with various levels of management to ensure that product is being displayed in the most favorable way possible
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by management
