Job summary

TRCC is hiring a dispersion operator at our RST facility to produce batches of surfactants, polymers, and dispersions from batch tickets. The role involves loading trucks, packaging materials, operating a lift truck, and maintaining a safe, organized production area on-site.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (preferred) and 6 months to 1 year of production experience. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits after 30 days and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply safe handling procedures for production materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math, measurements, and unit conversions.
• Must maintain organization and multitask effectively.
• Lift truck experience or ability to learn to operate lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pass a fitness for duty test and drug screen.
• Label drums, bags, and sacks properly and ensure quantities match batch tickets.
• Review production schedules and batch sheets before starting each batch.
• Pull samples for lab analysis and ensure equipment is clean and ready.
• Monitor batch processes and adjust controls as needed; report deviations.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow PPE requirements.
• Document batch details and ensure accuracy of batch sheets.
