Happy Ears Hearing Center, LLC is hiring two full-time on-site Dispensing Audiologists for Peoria and Gilbert, AZ. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 plus commissions, with a comprehensive benefits package for employees and family.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Holds or is eligible for an Arizona audiology license and appropriate dispensing credentials.
• Confident in diagnostic testing, hearing aid selection, programming, verification, and patient counseling.
• Enjoys staying current with new hearing aid technology and clinical best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine patient connection.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
• Helping patients understand their hearing health through clear communication.
• Recommending, fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids using best practices.
• Working with leading hearing aid manufacturers and latest technology.
• Providing ongoing follow-up care, troubleshooting, and rehabilitation.
• Building lasting relationships with patients and families.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaboration with referring providers.
• Contributing knowledge and positive energy to the team.
• Willing to be trained in cochlear implant technology if needed.
