Job summary

Happy Ears Hearing Center, LLC is hiring two full‑time, on‑site Dispensing Audiologists for Peoria and Gilbert, AZ. The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 with commissions, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

You will evaluate patients, fit and verify hearing aids, and participate in ongoing care in a collaborative team. The practice emphasizes patient‑centered care, cutting‑edge technology, professional growth, and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Au.D. degree or equivalent.
• Arizona audiology license and dispensing credentials.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
• Comfortable with diagnostic testing and fitting hearing aids.
• Familiarity with current hearing technology and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
• Explain hearing health and test results clearly to patients.
• Recommend, fit, program, and verify hearing aids using best practices.
• Work with major hearing aid manufacturers and latest technology.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care, troubleshooting, and counseling.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with referral sources.

As a Dispensing Audiologist at Happy Ears, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working alongside a fantastic clinical and administrative team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients (pediatrics depending on provider comfort level)
• Helping patients understand their hearing health through clear, compassionate communication.
• Recommending, fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids using evidence-based best practices.
• Working with a variety of leading hearing aid manufacturers and the latest hearing technology.
• Providing ongoing follow-up care, troubleshooting, counseling, and hearing rehabilitation.
• Building lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with referring providers.
• Contributing your knowledge, ideas, and positive energy to an already amazing team
• If cochlear implant technology is exciting to you, but you don't have experience, we are happy to train you.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Holds or is eligible for an Arizona audiology license and appropriate hearing aid dispensing credentials.
• Is confident in diagnostic testing, hearing aid selection, programming, verification, and patient counseling.
• Enjoys staying current with new hearing aid technology and clinical best practices.
• Has excellent communication skills and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients.
• Is organized, dependable, and comfortable in a busy, growing practice.
• Is a team player who brings a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to help others.
• Takes pride in providing outstanding patient care while having fun along the way!

Experience in private practice is a plus, but a great attitude, strong clinical skills, and being the right fit for our team are what really matter the most to us.
