Qualifications

• Strong communication and counseling skills expected.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing assessments and audiometric evaluations.
• Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
• Provide counseling and education on hearing loss management.
• Collaborate with facility staff to improve communication strategies for patients.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master’s in Audiology.
• Active state audiology license in California.
• Certification by ASHA (CCC-A) or ABA (optional but preferred).
• Experience with geriatric or mobile care populations.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.

Schedule:

• 2-3 visits per month
• Preferred availability on weekdays, Monday but flexible (No weekends or holidays)
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
