Job summary

GrandAudition is expanding into the US market and seeks a full-time Audiologist to provide in-clinic care and lead community outreach. The role includes on-site hearing tests, lectures, and selling devices within senior living residences near the clinic.

You will help build GrandAudition's presence and reputation among seniors and their families in the local community while collaborating with major hearing aid brands.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current or eligible Florida audiology license.
• ASHA CCC-A or ABA Board Certification preferred.
• Comfortable with a role that combines clinical care with direct patient outreach and sales.
• Strong communication skills, particularly with senior populations.
• Experience with multiple hearing aid manufacturers and verification tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations and other audiological tests, both in-clinic and on-site at senior residences.
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices across all major brands.
• Lead educational lectures and hearing screenings at senior living communities.
• Present and sell appropriate hearing solutions directly to residents during outreach visits.
• Counsel patients and families on hearing loss and communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow up with patients on device fitting and satisfaction.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Audiologist to join our team. Beyond in-clinic care, this role includes going out into the community to give hearing health lectures, perform on-site hearing tests, and sell hearing devices directly within senior living residences near the clinic. You will be a key part of building our presence and reputation with seniors and their families in the local community.
