Shift: B Shift Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

This is a rotating B Shift schedule:
- Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- The schedule then repeats on an alternating basis.

Job Summary
The Dispensary Technician receives orders for raw materials required for manufacturing and dispenses the requested quantities from large containers into smaller containers for delivery to Manufacturing. This position requires prolonged standing, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and working in aClass C cleanroom environmentwhile wearing required gowning and PPE.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor dispensing processes and weighing activities for:
- Liquids
- Powders, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials
- Acids and bases
- Develop a basic understanding ofcGMP compliancewhile training under close supervision.
- Demonstrate properaseptic techniqueand cross-contamination awareness when handling products and materials.
- Follow all written procedures, includingSOPs, and monitor equipment and processes.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such aspH, conductivity, and samplingas required.
- Work while fully gowned and wearing required PPE in aClass C cleanroom environment.
- Execute process recipes according to established procedures.
- Qualify for assigned tasks and maintain individual training plans.
- Perform required cleaning and sanitization of dispensing equipment.
- Complete peer and First Level Reviews of eDispense orders/kits after required training and sign-offs.
- Prepare written and electronic production documentation in accordance withcGMP and GDP requirements.
- Complete documentation reviews as appropriate.
- Prepare materials for transport and delivery to manufacturing suites.
- Perform material movements physically and within applicable software systems.
- Participate in safety inspections and submit safety observations to promote a safe working environment.
- Attend shift exchanges, required meetings, and participate in assigned projects.
- Send and receive emails and complete other administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and review material stock levels.
- Oversee the quality and safety of raw materials and assist with returns and recalls.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Logistics team.
Education
- Associate’s Degree required, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience or ability to learn systems such asSAP, Syncade, and Orchestrate.
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions and written procedures.
