Qualifications

• Cleanroom gowning and PPE are required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials and solutions under cGMP conditions to support manufacturing of products.
• Perform and document weighings for liquids and powders; monitor processes.
• Develop a basic understanding of cGMP compliance under supervision; maintain aseptic technique.
• Follow SOPs; monitor equipment; perform basic lab tasks like pH and conductivity checks.
• All tasks performed while gowned and in Class C environment; execute process recipes and maintain training plans.
• Qualify tasks and complete cleaning and sanitization of dispensing equipment; participate in peer reviews and documentation.
• Report to production using written and electronic records and complete documentation reviews as appropriate.

Title: Dispensing Technician I
Location: Portsmouth, NH 03801 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months Contract
Working Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM - B Shift Days

• This means they will alternate weeks.
• One week is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and the next week is Wednesday, Thursday.

Description

• The dispensing technician will be receiving orders for raw materials to be sent to manufacturing.
• They will dispense the requested amounts from a large container into a smaller container to be sent to Manufacturing.
• Requires workers to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• This is a cleanroom environment and requires gowning.

Responsibilities

• The Dispensing Technician Level 1 is responsible for the dispensing of raw materials, liquids, and powders (hazardous and non-hazardous), and acids/bases under cGMP conditions to support the manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API).
• Perform and monitor all dispensing processes and weighings, including liquid, powder (hazardous and non-hazardous), acids, and bases.
• Attain a basic understanding of cGMP compliance while training under close supervision, demonstrating aseptic technique and cross-contamination awareness in handling products and materials.
• Follow and adhere to all written procedures (SOPs), monitor equipment and processes, perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, and sampling as required.
• All tasks will be completed while gowned and wearing required PPE while working in a Class C environment.
• Execute process recipes.
• Qualify for all assigned tasks and maintain individual training plans.
• Qualify and perform required functions and scheduled cleans on all Dispensing equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization.
• Perform peer, First Level Reviews of completed eDispense orders/kits, upon completion of WBT and LQM/PM sign-off by area trainer.
• Report to production via written and electronic documents in accordance with cGMPs and GDPs. Complete documentation reviews as appropriate.
